The 2026 Fearless Leadership Symposium (FLS) is the first flagship gathering under the newly launched Inclusion in Finance North America initiative.
Bringing together senior leaders from across asset and wealth management, the symposium will explore how inclusive leadership drives stronger decision-making, innovation, and long-term business outcomes. Through insights from leading organizations, attendees will gain practical strategies for harnessing cognitive diversity, strengthening workplace culture, and building resilient talent pipelines to meet the evolving demands of the industry.
The event will also celebrate our new cohort of Rising Stars with a reception and dinner on Tuesday evening. All attendees are invited to join us in recognizing and honoring the next generation of leaders shaping the future of our industry.
Member Rate Information:
The member rate is available to individuals whose firms are current members of Nicsa or Inclusion in Finance. To confirm eligibility, please review the member directories linked below. If your firm does not appear on either list, please register using the non-member rate.
Streaming Information:
Every paid in-person registration includes two complimentary streaming passes that can be shared with colleagues at your firm. After completing your registration, you will receive a separate link to share with your colleagues so they can register and access the event virtually via Zoom.
Only Wednesday’s (6/17) conference programming will be live streamed via Zoom. It will be one single access link for the full day, allowing virtual attendees to join and exit sessions at their convenience.
